My dad was given this quilt as a gift from a neighbor when he went off to college. My parents house burned down but this precious quilt survived in a Lane cedar chest.Tonight I went to CES quilt guild and heard Karla Alexander speak about her quiltmaking. It was quite inspiring.
The neighbor must have loved your dad. What a beautiful, vibrant quilt and what a tremendous amount of work that went into it.
